
As a self-proclaimed biohacker, I’ve filled my basement with more recovery and longevity tools than most wellness clinics. From high-tech devices to experimental therapies, biohacking can quickly become advanced, expensive, and inaccessible.

Biohacking and WELLBEING go hand in hand. To focus on wellbeing is simply achieving a holistic balance in mind, body, and spirit. Wellbeing is at the heart of Strive as we collectively summit mountains without leaving anyone behind. It’s doing breathwork workshops and recovery weekends with Strive companions. It’s meditating outside of a temple in Bhutan.

Personal GROWTH is the ultimate foundation for biohacking, directly optimizing your biology for longevity. Personally, I’ve never experienced as much growth as I do during physical challenges like Strive. They take me to the absolute edge of what I believe I can do, then pushes me into an entirely new realm of strength, confidence, and capability. Sometimes I break; more often, I break through. It’s raw. It’s real. It’s grit.
