Family Strive

Family Strive 2027
Strive goes intergenerational. Family Strive on Necker Island is a multi-discipline adventure for Strivers and the people they love most, a rare week where the whole family gets to grow, play, and strive together in one of the most magical places on Earth.
Some of the best growth we've ever done has happened in the company of people who knew us before we had a job title. Family Strive is our invitation to bring the people who matter most into the heart of what we do.
Necker Island is, quite honestly, the perfect setting for it. A week of sailing, paddleboarding, hiking, tennis, laughter, and meaningful conversation, with programming thoughtfully designed for every generation. Kids, partners, parents, teenagers with headphones surgically attached...all welcome, all catered for, all about to have a very good week.
This one is for building memories that outlast any achievement.
Each day will be different from the last but will follow a similar structure. Mornings start with Strive Challenge activities for all ages, like hiking, snorkelling, and paddle boarding. After lunch on Necker, afternoons offer tennis, padel, watersports, or simple quality time. We gather in the late afternoon for fireside chats, Q&As, and workshops, followed by dinner each evening at a unique, iconic location around Necker.
● Day 0 - Welcome champagne (& juice) ceremony dinner
● Day 1 - Virgin Gorda riverbed scramble
● Day 2 - Sail to Anegada, Paddle board & Walk to Cow Wreck
● Day 3 - Hike on Norman Island & Snorkel
● Day 4 - Swim - U16’s sand spit out-and-back, 16+ Necker-Moskito
● Day 5 - Reflections and Beach Olympics
● Day 6 - Departure day.
